2010 CFB Legislative Conference

Mark your calendar for the 2010 Colorado Farm Bureau Legislative Conference, February 2-3, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, downtown Denver (1450 Glenarm Place).
The purpose of this conference is to provide an opportunity for Farm Bureau leaders to gather and discuss current legislation and Farm Bureau Policy. This is also an opportunity to visit with legislators and state officials and receive up-to-date information on legislation and regulatory issues. This letter is being sent to all Advisory Committee members from counties that we have received their current roster.
The Conference is open to all Farm Bureau members.
The Legislative Conference begins at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 2. The State Women’s Committee sponsors a reception and legislative dinner that evening.
On Wednesday, Feb. 3, participants will spend the morning at the Capitol attending committee meetings and making contacts with legislators discussing CFB’s legislative priorities. We also encourage all Farm Bureau Members to meet with their own legislators and offer to take them out to lunch.
Hotel Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-692-6161 and remember to identify yourself as Farm Bureau members. Room rates are $125.00 per night, plus tax.
